Our base is at Unit 1a, Mt Alexander, Camaghael Road, Fort William, PH33 7NF, in the Highlands. We collect from sellers across Scotland and England, so you should never need to visit.
What to send us
Your registration, the postcode where the car is, whether it starts and drives, whether it has an MOT, anything missing or damaged, and when you would like it gone. With those we can usually price the car in the first reply. The online quote form asks for the same details, and how it works explains what happens after that.

What is the best way to reach you?
WhatsApp. Send your registration and postcode and the reply comes from the people who price the car and book the collection, not a call centre. If you would rather talk, call the number on this page. Email suits anything that is not urgent, such as paperwork questions or a data request.
Can I bring my car to you in Fort William?
Our base in Fort William is not a public scrap yard, and there is no drop-off counter or parts sales there. Collection is free, so in almost every case it is easier for us to come to you. If you live near Fort William and delivering would genuinely suit you better, message first and ask.
When are you open?
We are open 7 days a week and answer messages in the order they arrive. Collections are booked for a date agreed with you when you accept the price, and we tell you which days are possible for your area.
Do you have a yard or branch in my town?
No. We have one base, in Fort William, and we collect everywhere else. You do not need to find a yard or arrange a tow: we come to your address. Distance does count, though: it is one of the things that sets the price we quote and it decides how the collection date falls.
